The Victims of VeniceJACKET NOTES: Venice. The name itself starts the spine tingling, but add a killer on a renegade funeral gondola and you have a mystery with as many twists and turns as the Grand Canal itself. The action intensifies when the blood thirsty boatman entices some tourists into a deadly game of cat-and-mouse. He uses a 16th-century code as bait, and relies on his knowledge of the wild winter floods to cover his tracks. gialli.comment: This book is horrible! It is an insult to the reader's intelligence. The characters and dialogue are stupid and unrealistic. This book is most likely self-published--which goes to show that anyone with money upfront can get their mediocre product out in the marketplace. SHAME ON YOU! Tammy for ripping off the buyer.
